Starting out and maintaining any type of body composition requires some attention to detail. If it’s not initially counting calories, it is making sure the weight you want to come off, is coming off.
So how often should I weigh myself you ask?
I’ve witnessed people taking weight measurements in the morning and again at night. For years!
This is totally frustrating and unnecessary.
The simple answer is …
- weigh yourself once a week
- at the same time
- on the same scale to get the most reasonable, realistic results.
It’s just that simple.
